“I Don’t Know Yet” is Dee Harvey’s sole solo writing credit on the album - no Tena Clark co-write here - and it carries an unusually starry backing vocal section for a deep cut: Chanté Moore sings alongside Crystal Wilson, Theresa Walker and Valerie Pinkston-Mayo, a year before Moore’s own debut, Precious, made her a star in her own right.

Steve Dubin plays drums and percussion, Ron Komie returns on guitar, and Tim Heintz adds keyboards and synth bass. David Bianco mixed the track and Jeff Balding recorded it - the same Balding who mixed “Leave Well Enough Alone” elsewhere on the record, tying the album’s quieter corners together.
